I discovered that homes in Fullerton have ended their 33 month selling slump according to the Orange County Register. The OCR RE online section says sales are up 17% from last year. Unfortunately, that has come at the expense of a huge drop in median price in homes throughout the OC.
That is of course, better news for buyers than sellers of homes in Fullerton and homes in Brea.
Houses in OC have become more affordable because of a 20-25% drop in prices.
